Austin Norcross is current Non-Commissioned Officer with over 13 years of Military service in the Colorado Army National Guard where he is currently assigned as a marksmanship instructor.

Devin sager
Devin has dedicated 17 years of his life serving his county and state as an active member of the Colorado Army Nation Guard. During this time, he has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and served in various roles as Team Leader, Section SGT and Platoon SGT. Throughout the years, he has been able to hone his skills and is presently holding the esteemed position of the Senior Marksmanship Coordinator for the Colorado National Guard. He has both military and civilian firearms experience, actively participating in a vast variety of action and precision-based marksmanship events. Devin’s true passion is instructing and training individuals to become proficient with any firearm, whether that be bolt action rifles, carbines, shotgun or pistols to include operations under low or no light constraints.

Devin is a Colorado native who believes in being prepared and resourceful. When he’s not on the range finetuning his marksmanship skills he can be found with his family on their ranch working on the next big project. He believes that self-sustainability is a consistent objective that can achieve great security.
Devin finds joy in discussions involving, firearms, livestock or anything with a motor.
MARK OLSON
Mark served in the United States Marine Corps Infantry where he served in every billet organic to an Infantry Line platoon. During this time, he organized and oversaw all platoon level training events, ensuring combat readiness within his platoon. Finishing his career as a platoon sergeant with 2/1E and 1st Marine Division super squad competitor.
Finding a deeper love for working on and maintaining firearms during his time in the infantry. He attended the Colorado School of Trades, to become an accredited gunsmith. Wanting to return to teaching about self defense and shooting, Mark started working at BluCore Shooting Center and quickly became the Lead Instructor/Training Coordinator.
Mark is also a coach with Rogue Methods. Putting fighting back into gun fighting, with the team. Specializing in weapons retention, and low profile/clandestine employment of revolvers, semi-auto handguns, rifles, and blades.
He is also the Owner of Mongol Mechanics LLC, his own firearms training company. Outside of training Mark enjoys shooting competitively in USPSA, Outlaw Rifle, 2-Gun, and PCSL. When he is not teaching or shooting matches, Mark can be found in the gym. As he believes strong physical preparedness and fitness will set you up for success in all aspects of your life. From being an amateur bodybuilder, to rolling on the mats doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, sparring in Muay Thai & Boxing, he is also a big believer in being able to fight and using a firearm as a modifier but not the only option.
